All prices *include VAT* but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are only £1.95, FREE Shipping on all orders over £50! All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order.

Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding. After entering all personal contact information and clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is then considered legally binding.

You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is
valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent.

Order data and the Terms and Conditions are also part of our order confirmation e-mail, which we send to you after the order
processing has been completed.

Delivery

Information about availability and delivery period are part of the product description on the product page. You should receive your goods within 1-3 days after the placement of your order. Most orders if placed by 4pm will arrive the next working day.We send out all orders Same Day if payment is received by 4pm ( 11am on Saturdays ).

Cancellation

You may withdraw from the sale within one (1) week without any justification if you return the goods to us *unopened*. The time frame for the return of goods begins when you have received the goods. Please send the goods (unopened) to:

The buyer is responsible for all shippings costs related to the return of the goods and a 25% restocking/P&P fee applies.
25% re-stocking does not apply to replacement items.
